日本IT就職における活躍する人材の育成を目指したプロジェクトワークの試み - インタビュー活動とWebページ制作によるチームプロジェクトの全貌と効果 -

本研究では、B大学のK-Move日本IT課程で試みたプロジェクトワーク「日本IT就職プロジェクト」の全貌を報告しながら、その効果と課題等について考察している。特に、入社後も活躍できる人材育成に関わる研究知見をもとにプロジェクトワークの設計を行っている点が本プロジェクトワークの特徴である。これらの知見を反映した効果については、引き続き見守っていく必要があるが、今回のプロジェクトワーク全体の満足度は非常に高く、プロジェクトワークの成果発表や交流会に対する満足度も高い結果が得られた。さらに、プロジェクトワークの効果として、参加者の半数以上が「チームワーク力」「日本語活用能力」「ITスキル」「他メンバーとの親睦」を得られたと感じていることからも、本プロジェクトワークの目的を十分に達成できており、今後も継続して実施していく基盤ができたと言える。
Abstract
This research is a report of the whole project "Japan IT Employment Project" which was attempted in the K-Move Japan IT course at B University. We consider its effects and issues. The feature of this project is that it is designed based on research findings related to human resource development that can be active even after joining the company. It is necessary to continue to monitor the effects of these findings. As a result of the questionnaire, the satisfaction with the overall project was extremely high, and the satisfaction with the project results and exchange meeting were also high. Furthermore, as an effect of the project, more than half of the participants felt that they were able to acquire “teamwork skills,” “Japanese proficiency,” “IT skills,” and “fellowship with other members.” From these, it can be said that the purpose of this project has been sufficiently achieved, and the basis for continuing to implement the project has been established.
