본 연구는 중⋅고등학교 검도선수들이 지각하는 지도자 신뢰가 라포형성 행동 및 감정반응에 미치는영향을 규명함으로써 훈련 현장에서 선수들의 지도자 신뢰 및 라포형성 행동에 의한 감정반응에 따라 지도자들의 지도에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 수집하고 이에 따른 경기실적과 운동능력 향상에 대한효과적인 방안을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대한체육회에 소속되어 있는 중⋅고등학교 검도선수 330명을 표본집단으로 표집하였고, 그 중 유효표본인 315부의 자료를최종 분석에 사용하였다. 자료분석은 통계 프로그램인 Windows 용 PC/SPSS ver. 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 중⋅고등학교 검도선수들이 지각하는 지도자 신뢰는 라포형성 행동에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 중⋅고등학교 검도선수들이 지각하는 지도자 신뢰는 감정반응에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the impact of trust in leaders perceived by middle and high school kendo players on rapport-building behavior and emotional responses. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, 330 middle and high school kendo players belonging to the Korea Sports Council were sampled, and 315 copies of the data, which were the valid sample, were used in the final analysis. Data analysis was performed using the statistical program PC/SPSS ver. for Windows. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the 26.0 program to produce the following research results. First, the trust in leaders perceived by middle and high school kendo players had a partially significant effect on rapport-building behavior. Second, the trust in leaders perceived by middle and high school kendo players had a partially significant effect on their emotional responses.
