본 연구는 태권도장 사범이 지각한 포용적 리더십, 심리적 안정감, 혁신적 업무행동의 관계를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 수도권 소재 태권도장 사범을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 288부의 설문지가 수집되었다. 통계분석방법은 기술통계, 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석과 탐색적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중 및 단순회귀 분석 그리고 매개효과 검증을 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 태권도장 사범이 지각한 포용적 리더십은 혁신적 업무행동에 긍정적(+) 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 포용적 리더십은 심리적 안정감에 긍정적(+) 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 심리적 안정감은 혁신적 업무행동에 긍정적(+) 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 포용적리더십과 혁신적 업무행동 간의 관계에서 심리적 안정감은 부분매개효과가 있다. 결론적으로 유소년 중심태권도장에서는 혁신과 성과창출의 원천으로 관장의 포용적 리더십이 필요하며, 이를 위해 심리적 안정감을 제공하여 인적자원의 효율성과 태권도장 경영성과에 기여하는 분위기를 조성할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and innovative work behavior perceived by Taekwondo instructors. The research subjects were Taekwondo instructors in the metropolitan area, and a total of 288 questionnaires were analyzed in this study. The statistical analysis methods were descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple and simple regression analysis, and mediation effect verification, and the following results were derived. First, inclusive leadership perceived by Taekwondo instructors had a positive (+) effect on innovative work behavior. Second, inclusive leadership had a positive (+) effect on psychological stabilit. Third, psychological stabilit had a positive (+) effect on innovative work behavior. Fourth, psychological stabilit had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between inclusive leadership and innovative work behavior. In conclusion, youth-centered Taekwondo gyms require inclusive leadership from the director as a source of innovation and performance creation, and for this, it is necessary to provide psychological stabilit to create an atmosphere that contributes to the efficiency of human resources and Taekwondo gym management performance.
