2010년부터 전국적으로 교원평가제가 실시될 예정이다. 이러한 국면에서 이 연구는 중 ․ 고등학교 음악 수업의 질적 향상을 위하여 음악 수업에 대한 평가 준거를 개발하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법으로는 우선적으로 이론적 관점에서 수업 평가의 개념과 의의 등을 알아보고, 평가 요소에 대한 학자들의다양한 견해들을 고찰하였다. 그 다음 수업 평가를 위한 평가 요소들을 추출하기 위하여 평가 준거 개발의 원리에 대하여 논의한 후, 이 원리들을 바탕으로 중 ․ 고등학교에 적용시킬 수 있는 음악 수업 평가준거를 개발하였다. 이 연구를 통해 개발된 수업 평가지는 중 ․ 고등학교의 음악 수업을 효과적로 변화시키는 데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
This study is aimed to develop the evaluation criteria for the music class in middle and high schools to increase its quality. To evaluate the music class, it is urgent to develop the evaluation criteria among others. In particular, the issues such as for what purpose the evaluation result will be used and on what need it is evaluated should be identified first to maximize the effect of the music class evaluation. The methodology to develop the evaluation criteria for the music class includes; first, examining the concept and implication of music class evaluation from theoretical perspective; second, examining various views from many scholars on the evaluation elements; third, discussing the principles in the development of evaluation criteria to derive out the evaluation elements for the class evaluation; finally, based on the principles, developing the music class evaluation criteria that can be used for middle and high schools. The evaluation criteria developed in this study are expected to make a contribution to changing the music class in middle and high schools more efficiently.
