ADHD아동의 문제행동 개선을 위한 음악중심 융합예술치료 프로그램 중재효과 분석

본 연구는 초등학교 1-4학년 ADHD아동을 대상으로 음악중심 융합예술치료의 효과성 연구에 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 D시 소재 N지역아동센터 4명의 ADHD아동으로 선정하였다. 2019년 9월 3일부터 10월 29일까지 총 16회기, 주2회 프로그램으로 진행하였다. 평가방법은 양적 척도의 경우, 아동청소년 행동 평가척 도 교사용(TRF)으로 분석하였다. 질적 평가의 경우, 단계별 행동 변화분석으로 대상 아동의 회기참여 관찰내 용을 분석하였다. 음악중심의 치료영역을 통한 반응변수는 주의집중, 과잉행동, 충동성의 세 가지 영역이며, 이 세 가지 반응변수를 사전·사후 검사로, SPSS Win 25.0 통계프로그램 T-test로 분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과로는 음악중심 융합예술치료가 ADHD아동의 문제행동 개선이 사전검사에서 사후검사까지 통계 적으로 유의미한 결과로 도출되었다. 후속 연구에서는 일반화와 객관화를 위한 연구 대상자가 추가되어 보다 더 심층적인 연구가 필요하겠다. 본 연구를 기반으로 향후 ADHD아동의 문제행동 개선으로 다양한 예술영역 을 활용한 심리치료적 접근방법이 더욱 확대되길 바란다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of music-oriented convergence art ther- apy from the first graders to fourth graders of elementary school with ADHD. The subjects of this study were 4 children with ADHD at Children Center at N Region located in D City. The program was performed total 16 sessions, 2 sessions a week from September 3rd, 2019 to October 29th, 2019. Regarding the evaluation method, in case of quantitative scale, it was analyzed with Teacher's Report Form for child behavior checklist. In case of qualitative evaluation, the works and the ob- servation contents of session participation were analyzed with the in-depth interview and the step- wise behavioral change analysis. The response variables through the music-oriented therapy area was 3 areas of concentration of attention, over-concentration and impulsiveness. These 3 response varia- bles were observed and collected with the pretest and the post test and were analyzed with T-test of SPSS Win 25.0 Statistical Program. In the results of this study, the music-oriented convergence art therapy showed the statistically sig- nificant result in all areas of the improvement of problem behavior in the children with ADHD from the pretest to post test. In the follow-up research, for the generalization and the objectification, the in-depth research, which the research subjects are added, is required. I hope that to improve the problem behavior of the children with ADHD, the psychotherapeutic approach utilizing diverse do- mains of arts would be expanded based on this study.
