성격과 학습동기 및 학습유형이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향: 음악 전공생을 대상으로

본 연구는 음악전공 학생들의 전공만족도를 결정하는 요인으로 성격과 학습동기, 학습유형의 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 예술고등학교에 재학 중인 음악 전공학생 380명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, SPSS 17.0과 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형을 검증하였다. 감정 성향은 외재적 동기보다 내재적 동기를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 내재적 동기는 외재적 동기에 비하여 수용형과 탐구형 학습유형을 높이는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 수용형 학습유형보다 탐구형 학습유형이 전공만족 정도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성격에 따라 학습동기가 영향을 받으며, 학습동기 및 학습 유형에 따라 전공만족도가 다르게 나타남을 검증하였다 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 할 때, 학생 개인의 특성에 따라 동기 및 학습 유형이 다르게 나타남으로 이에 따라 학습 지도 방법을 다르게 해야 할 것이다. 그리고 수용형 학습유형이 탐구형 학습유형보다 전공만족도를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 음악 전공생들을 지도할 경우, 학생들이 수용형 학습 유형을 가질 수 있도록 음악 전공생을 지도해야 할 것으로 생각된다.
Abstract
The purpose of thins research investigates the relationship among characteristic and learning motivation, learning style and major satisfaction. In this research, 380 students in the high school of art completed the questionnaires and SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 7.0 were employe. The findings are: Firstly, introversion increases extrinsic motivation. Secondly, Feeling increases intrinsic motivation more than extrinsic motivation. Third, intrinsic motivation increases accommodation learning style more than assimilation learning style. Finally, major satisfaction is increases by accommodation learning style. Based on these results, when, to lead students, teachers should consider student's characteristic. Major satisfaction is increased by accommodation learning style more than assimilation learning style.
