본 연구에서는 현행 중등미술교사를 위한 연수 프로그램의 문제점을 파악하고 향후 개선 방안을 제시하기 위하여 국내의 각 시도 교육청에서 실시하고 있는 중등 미술과 정교사 1정 자격연수와 중등 미술과 직무연수 프로그램을 분석하였다. 현행 연수 프로그램은 이론과 실기의 적절한 시간 재배정이 필요하며, 전문성 확립을 위한 이론 교육과 교수 방법론, 평가 등의 부문을 보강할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 외국과 같이 활성화된 정기 교육 연수 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 실기 내용은 작품 제작보다는 교수학습에 필요한 지도 방안이나 새로운 재료, 도구, 기법, 지도 사례 및 기타 정보 등이 다양하게 제공되어야 할 것이다. 아울러 이론 분야의 구성은 한 부문에 치우치지 말고 현장 수업에 필요한 내용을 중심으로 보다 확대된 내용을 개설하여야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The Analysis on the Training Program of Secondary Art TeachersPark, Eun-Deok(Korea National University of Education) The objective of this study is to examine the retraining program of secondary art teachers and to devise a stratagem for future improvement. For this propose, a thorough survey of qualification training and functional training offered by the regional agency of eduction has been conducted. As a concluding remark, not only reallocation of time for theory and practice to improve the efficiency of the training program but also reinforce of the contents of theory such as methodology of teaching and evaluation are necessary. The contents of practice on the fine art area should emphasize the teaching methods, new materials, tools, technique and the case study of teaching practice.
