"본 연구의 목적은 현 이노비즈 인증 평가지표 체계를 분석 하고, 최근의 대내외 환경변화를 반영하여 평가지표의 개선(안) 을 제안하는 것이다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 기존 평가지표 세부항목들에서 ‘보유기술 마케팅 분석’, ‘신제품의 라이프사이클 분석능력’, ‘신제품의 기술 경쟁력 분석능력’ 항목은 수정 및 보완이 필요하고, ‘행동능력 향 상’, ‘정보검색, 분석능력’, ‘외부네트워크 구축 및 활용 정도’, ‘핵 심기술 보완능력’ 항목은 삭제를 권고하였다. 둘째, 글로벌화, 4차 산업혁명 등 대내외 환경변화를 반영하여 ‘글로벌 시장 진출 가능성’, ‘세계적 수준의 기술 경쟁력 보유’, ‘외부 기관들로부터 기술 습득 여부’, ‘사회적 책임 경영 실행 여 부’, ‘내부 고객만족경영 여부’, ‘4차 산업혁명에 대한 대응 노력 정도’ 항목을 추가할 것을 제언하였다. "
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the existing system of Inno-Biz’s certification evaluation index, and to suggest new indicators by reflecting on internal and external environmental changes. The results of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary to revise the items of 'technology marketing analysis', 'life cycle analysis of new products', 'technical competitiveness of new products', 'information search and analysis', 'utilization of external network', and 'complementary of core technology'. Second, it reflects the changes in the domestic and overseas environment, such as globalization and the fourth industrial revolution, 'possibility of global market entry', 'world-class technological competitiveness', 'technical cooperation with outside organizations', 'internal customer satisfaction management', and 'response to the fourth industrial revolution'.
