중소기업 R&D 혁신역량 분석 모델의 개발을 위한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop an R&D innovation capability model for SMEs and domestic companies in Korea, and this model is to be constructed as an empirical model to comprehensively grasp the R&D capabilities of companies. The analysis model considered the causal stage based on the logical flow leading to R&D's resources, innovation activities, innovation output, and innovation performance. In order to establish the model, it went through a process of development and verification by dividing it into four major activities. It is the establishment of the first-stage model, the derivation of the second-stage indicator, the weighting of the third-stage model, and the determination of the fourth-stage It is predicted that the model derived as a result of this study can be used in various ways. It can be used as a basic framework for planning R&D policies at the government level and evaluating invested government resources. At the corporate level, it is meaningful in that it measures the level of R&D innovation capability as a core competency of the company and presents a standard for activating it.
