연구 목적: 본 연구는 이노비즈 또는 메인비즈를 취득한 제조 중소기업들이 인증을 획득하지 못한 다른 중소 제조업체들에 비하여 혁신효율성 또는 경영효율성이 다른지를 분석하고자 한다. 연구 방법: 혁신효율성과 경영효율성을 분석하기 위하여 자료포락분석(DEA)을 이용하여 상대적 효율성을 측정하였다. 연구 내용: 분석 결과, 이노비즈 인증을 받은 그룹의 혁신효율성 평균값은 0.7130으로 그렇지 않은 그룹의 혁신효율성 평균값인 0.6978보다 높았다. 그러나 메인비즈 인증을 받은 그룹의 경영효율성 평균값은 0.4775로 그렇지 않은 그룹의 경영효율성 평균값인 0.5054보다 낮았다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 혁신효율성과 경영효율성의 중요성을 강조함으로써 학술적으로 연구 영역을 확장하고, 이노비즈의 유효성을 실증적으로 입증함으로써 실무적으로 기여한다.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze whether the innovation efficiency or management efficiency of small and medium-sized manufacturers that have acquired Inno-Biz or Main-Biz is different from those of other manufactures that did not obtain certifications. To analyze innovation efficiency and management efficiency, the relative efficiency was measured using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). As a result of the analysis, the average value of innovation efficiency of the group that received the Inno-Biz certification was 0.7130, which was higher than the average value of the group that did not receive the Inno-Biz certification, 0.6978. However, the average value of management efficiency of the group that got the Main-Biz certification was 0.4775, which was lower than the average value of 0.5054 of the group that did not. In conclusion, this study expands the research area theoretically by emphasizing the importance of innovation efficiency and management efficiency, and contributes practically by empirically demonstrating the effectiveness of Inno-Biz.
