본 논문에서는 학습 종합분석의 수준을 높일 수 있는 AI 학습용 데이터셋 구축 방향을 관련 선행연구 및 사례 분석을 통해 제시하였다. 교육부에 따르면 AI 디지털교과서의 서비스는 각 발행사가 운영해야 하기 때문에 전체 교과목의 종합적인 학습분석은 수행하기 어렵기 때문에 AI 디지털교과서 공공 플랫폼을 위한 종합분석 데이터셋 구축이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학습 종합분석 데이터셋을 구축하는 것으로 과목별 학습요소의 상호관계성에 대한 라벨링 데이터셋을 구축하는 방안과 학습 활동 및 행태 분석 데이터셋 구축하는 것으로 AI 디지털교과서 활용 중 수집되는 다양한 학습 활동 및 행태 데이터들 간의 상호관계성에 대한 라벨링 데이터셋을 구축하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이와 같이 구축되는 학습 종합분석을 위한 AI 학습용 데이터셋은 향후 AI 디지털교과서 공공 플랫폼에서 학생, 학교, 교육청 단위의 종합 학습분석을 서비스 운영 초기부터 수준 높게 제공할 수 있는 기반을 마련해 줄 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
In this paper, the direction of building a dataset for AI learning that can improve the level of comprehensive analysis of learning in AI digital textbooks was presented. In order to perform comprehensive learning analysis of all subjects at a high level in the early stage of AI digital textbook service operation, it is necessary to build an AI learning dataset for this purpose. Therefore, in this study, a method for constructing a labeling dataset for the correlation of learning elements by subject and a method for constructing a labeling dataset for the correlation between learning activity and behavioral data were proposed. The AI learning dataset for comprehensive learning analysis built in this way is expected to lay the foundation for providing high-quality comprehensive learning analysis at the student, school, and education office level from the beginning of service operation on the AI digital textbook public platform in the future.
