수도권 정보통신제조업 집적의 사회경제적 요인 및 공간영향력 변화 분석

본 연구의 목적은 수도권 정보통신제조업의 사회경제적 집적 요인의 변화를 살펴보고 공간 영향력 변화를 분석하는데 있다. 공간시차모형을 통해 수도권 정보통신제조업의 집적도 변화 원인을 분석한 결과 수도권 정보통신제조업의 경우 경쟁, 지역화경제, 도시화경제, 고용밀도는 정보통신제조업 집적에 긍정적 영향을 준 반, 산업의 다양화, 하드웨어서비스밀도, 인구 등은 집적에 부정적 영향을 준 것으로 나타나 집적으로 인한 외부경제 효과와 더불어 외부불경제 현상 또한 동시에 진행되고 있는 것으로 보인다. 그리고 공간적 상호작용에 의한 외부효과는 2002-2007년 동안 0.94에서 0.92로 감소하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze chief socioeconomic factors of agglomeration and spatial effect of the ICT manufacture Industry in Seoul metropolitan area. After analysis of factors that affecting agglomeration of the ICT manufacture industry using SLM, competition, localized econmies,urbanized economies and labor density have positive effects but diversity of industry, SOC service density and population has negative effects. Spatial multiplier that means spillover effect or global externality is decreased from 0.94 to 0.92 for five years(2002-2007).
