본 연구는 노동패널 조사자료를 이용해 유형별 창조계층의 생활만족도에 중요한 영향을 미치는 생활환경 요인을 일자리, 장소, 친분, 건강 및 여가 측면에서 파악하고, 이를 통해 창조계층을 기반으로 하는 도시 및 산업에 대한 정책적시사점 고찰을 목적으로 하고 있으며, 특히 창조계층을 예술창조, 핵심창조, 일반창조 등 세 개의 유형으로 구분한 뒤각 계층에 대한 생활만족도 영향요인을 비교·검토하였다. 실증분석 결과 창조계층은 직업의 창조성 유형에 관계없이사회적 친분관계를 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 추정되었으며, 창조계층 유형에 따라 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 생활환경은 차별적이라는 사실을 확인하였다. 구체적으로 예술창조계층은 주거환경을, 핵심창조계층은 여가활동을 생활만족도에 있어 중요하게 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 일반창조계층의 경우 주거환경 및 여가활동을 포함해 일자리, 건강상태까지 다양한 생활환경이 생활만족도에 영향을 준다는 점을 파악하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구는 창조계층의 유형에 따라 다양한 요인들이 삶의 만족도에 영향을 준다는 점을 확인하였다.
Abstract
This paper analyzed major living environment factors influencing life satisfaction including job opportunities,locations, relationships, and health and leisure among different creative class groups by using the Korean Labor and Income Panel Survey (KLOPS), and it aimed to draw policy implications for cities and industries based on the creative class. In order to compare groups with each other concerning factors that affect life satisfaction, the creative class was classified by three different groups: art creative group, super-creative core, and creative professional. Empirical results suggested that the social relationship variable has an important effect on life satisfaction for every type of the creative class, but the living environment variables affecting life satisfaction differ for each type of the creative class. In particular, the residential environment variable has a significant effect on life satisfaction for the art creative group, while the leisure activity variable is significant to life satisfaction for the super-creative core. For the creative professional group, various living environment variables including jobs, health, and residentialenvironment and leisure activities are important to life satisfaction. The conclusion we can draw from the analysis is that various factors affect life satisfaction among different creative class groups.
