도시의 창조적 인력·기반·관용이 수도권 창조산업의 성장에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 수도권 도시경쟁력의 선두역할을 하는 창조산업의 성장에 미치는 영향요인들에 대해알아보고 나아가 창조산업 모형의 구축을 통해 국내 현실에 보다 적합한 정책을 제안하고자 수행되었다. 먼저 국제적으로 공신력이 있다고 판단되는 UNESCO의 창조산업 국제기준을 한국표준산업 소분류로 재분류하여 종속변수를 구축하였다. 다음으로 선행연구를 통해 선정된 30개의 예비독립변수를 전문가 설문조사를 통해 21개로 추출하였고, 요인분석을 통해 7개 통합변수로 유형화하였다. 이처럼 유형화된 변수를회귀분석한 결과, ‘창조적 리더십’이 창조산업에 가장 큰 영향요인으로 나타났고, ‘창조적 커뮤니티’, ‘창조적 퍼포먼스’가 그다음 주요 영향요인으로 나타났으며, 마지막으로 ‘창조적 포용’ 등 4개의 주요한 영향요인이 도출되었다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 보았을 때 도시 및 지자체가 도시경쟁력을 갖추는 데 있어 창조적 인력․기반․관용을 고려한 정책이 이루어져야 하며, 이러한 요인을 중심으로 보다 구체적으로 ‘기본단계’, ‘발전단계’, ‘성숙단계’를 거치는 단계별 전략이 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suggest the suitable policy for the growth through knowing factors that effect the growth of the creative industry. First, a dependent variable is selected that a creative indexes classified in UNESCO are reclassified according to the domestic standard. The independent variables are selected according to Literature Review. Then the independent variables unite ‘Leadership of creativity’, ‘Performance of creativity’, ‘Community of creativity’ and ‘Embrace of creativity’ through Likert Scales, Regression Analysis. The result the study are as follow;‘Leadership of creativity’ is the most important factor in the creative industry. In the second place,‘Performance of creativity’, ‘Community of creativity’ affect the creative industry. And ‘Embrace of creativity’ in the creative tolerance also affects the creative industry. To sum it up, factors of policy are centered around the factors should be composed of steps of basic, development and mature.
