음악심리치료 경험에서 나타난장애아 어머니들의 심리적 현상 연구

본 연구의 목적은 장애아를 둔 어머니들이 음악심리치료 과정에서 경험한 심리상태를 현상학적으로 파악하는 데에 있다. 연구 참여자들은 Y아동발달센터, B대학 부설 기관, C복지관을 통해 자발적으로 참여에 동의한 만 4∼8세의 미취학 장애아를 둔 어머니 8명이다. 연구 자료는 총 10회기의 개별 음악심리치료를 진행한 후 심층 면담을 통해 수집하였다. 이 자료는 콜레이지(Colaizzi)의 현상학적 연구방법을 사용하여 참여자들의 필사한 면담 내용을 분석하였고, 그 결과 162개의 구성의미, 45개의 주제, 14개의 주제군이 도출되었다. 이 연구는 음악심리치료 경험에서 나타난 장애아 어머니들의 심리변화를 심도 있게 질적 연구로 접근하고 있으며, 음악이라는 예술매체를 사용한 심리지원 서비스의 기틀을 마련한다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study was a qualitative research to gain an in-depth understanding of the psychological state of mothers whose disabled children are undergoing music psychotherapy. The subjects of this study were 8 mothers with disabled children aged 4-8 years who voluntarily agreed to participate in this research through Y children's developmental center, B university therapy center, and C welfare center. In this study, 10 sessions of individual musical psychotherapy were performed, and the data were collected using in-depth interviews. Using the phenomenological method of Colaizzi, 162 formulated meanings, 45 themes, and 14 theme clusters were derived from the analysis. This study is significant as a qualitative research approach, used predominantly to identify the psychological changes experienced by the mothers of disabled children through music psychotherapy. The results were also meaningful for establishing a foundation for psychological support services using the medium of music.
