The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of tandem learning on Korean university Chinese-language students' increasing social-cultural recognition about China. This research was conducted on 235 Korean students at B University in Busan. Using responses from 51 students in the treatment group and 45 students in the comparison group, and based on a traditional experimental design, pre-and post-perceptions about the intensity of the respondents’ social-cultural recognition were analyzed. In order to understand the social-cultural recognition of Korean Chinese-language learners about China, frequency analysis, average, standard deviation, Cronbach's alpha analysis, and one-way ANOVA were used.
