This paper aims to suggest the difference between -ara/eora and -geora, Modern Korean Imperative Ending, comparing its distribution. In section 2, I point out the several drawbacks in the previous work in terms of its usage. In section 3, I show the different usage of -ara/eora and -geora in the cases of Modern Korean. The distribution of -geora is more restricted than -ara/eora and it cannot be in use when there is no listener. Also there is a restriction that the listener should be younger than speaker. In section 4, I summarize this paper and mention directions of future studies.
