본 연구는 『2021년 전국다문화가족실태조사』 자료를 활용하여 결혼 이주 여성의 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 개인, 가족, 사회 요인을 분석하였다. 개인 요인에서는 건강 상태와 월평균 소득이, 가족 요인에서는 배우자 관계 만족도가 삶의 만족도를 가장 강력하게 예측하는 변수로 확인되었으며, 배우자와의 문화적 유사성도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 사회 요인에서는 사회적 지지와 차별 경험이 각각 삶의 만족도의 보호 요인과 저해 요인으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 결혼 이주 여성을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study examined the individual, family, and societal factors affecting the life satisfaction of marriage migrant women using data from the 2021 National Multicultural Family Survey. Among individual factors, health status and average monthly income were found to be the strongest predictors of life satisfaction. Among family factors, satisfaction with the spouse relationship had the most significant impact, and cultural similarity with the spouse positively affected life satisfaction. Regarding societal factors, social support served as a protective factor for life satisfaction, while experiences of discrimination acted as a hindering factor. Based on these findings, policy implications for supporting marriage migrant women are proposed.
