본 연구는 유아교사의 정서 규범과 주관적 행복 간 관계에서 직무스트레스와 인지적 유연성의 순차 매개효과를탐색하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 어린이집과 유치원 만 1~5세 학급 담임인 유아교사 310명을 연구대상으로선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS win 26.0과 Process macro 4.2(model 6)를 사용하여 분석하였으며, 부트스트래핑으로 매개효과의 유의성을 검증하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 정서 규범과 직무스트레스는 주관적 행복과 부(-)적 상관, 인지적 유연성은 주관적 행복과 정(+)적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 정서 규범은 주관적 행복에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 정서 규범과 주관적행복의 관계에서 직무스트레스와 인지적 유연성은 순차 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 결과는 유아교사의정서 규범이 직무스트레스를 통해 인지적 유연성에 영향을 미치고, 궁극적으로 주관적 행복에 이르는 복합적인 심리적 메커니즘을 규명했다는 점에서 학술적 의의가 있다
Abstract
This study aimed to explore the sequential mediating effects of job stress and cognitive flexibility on the relationship between emotional norms and subjective happiness in early childhood teachers. The subjects were 310 early childhood teachers working with children aged 1-5 in daycare centers and kindergartens. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS win 26.0 and Process macro 4.2 (model 6), with the significance of mediating effects verified through bootstrapping. The main research findings are as follows. First, early childhood teachers' emotional norms and job stress had a negative (-) correlation with subjective happiness, and cognitive flexibility had a positive (+) correlation with subjective happiness. Second, emotional norms of early childhood teachers were found to have a negative impact on subjective happiness. Finally, job stress and cognitive flexibility demonstrated a sequential mediating effect on the relationship between emotional norms and subjective happiness. These results are significant in that they illuminated the complex psychological mechanism by which emotional norms impact cognitive flexibility via job stress, ultimately affecting subjective happiness
