항공서비스 전공 대학생의 학습목표지향성이 학습동기 및 학습효능감에 미치는 영향 연구

Abstract

This study examined the effects of learning goal orientation on learning motivation and learning efficacy among airline service major students. It investigated how mastery-approach, mastery-avoidance, performance-approach, and performance-avoidance orientations influence intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and subsequently affect learning efficacy. A survey was conducted with 205 students majoring in airline services at universities in Chungcheongbuk-do and Seoul-Gyeonggi regions. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26.0, and measurement instruments were validated through exploratory factor analysis and reliability testing. The results showed that mastery-approach, performance-approach, and performance-avoidance significantly enhanced intrinsic motivation, while performance-approach and performance-avoidance positively influenced extrinsic motivation. Only intrinsic motivation significantly improved learning efficacy, and mastery-avoidance had a negative effect. This study contributes to airline service education by validating the 2×2 achievement goal orientation framework and highlighting the importance of fostering intrinsic motivation through learner-centered teaching strategies to enhance learning efficacy.
