이 연구의 목적은 2022 개정 교육과정 시기 통합교과가 지닌 플랫폼으로서의 의미와 가능성을 탐색해 보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 플랫폼이란 무엇이며 이는 어떻게 작동할 수 있는지를 살펴보고, 이러한 관점에 비추어 통합교과가 지닌 플랫폼으로서의 의미를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 통합교과는 첫째, 주제 개발 권한을 교사와 학생에게 이양하여 교사와 학생을 통합교과라는 플랫폼에 참여하도록 이끌었다. 둘째, [지금-여기-우리 삶]이라는 개방적인 지향을 설정하여 학생이 교사와 함께 통합교과라는 플랫폼 안에서 [지금-여기-우리 삶]을 살아가며 [지금-여기-우리 삶]을 살아가는 힘이라는 가치를 창출할 수 있도록 유도하였다. 셋째, 별 실천하기, 탐구하기, 놀이하기라는 주요 경험을 제시하여 학생이 [지금-여기-우리 삶]을 살아가는 힘을 기르는데 필요한 핵심 상호작용을 안내하였다. 끝으로 통합교과가 실제 현장에서 플랫폼으로 작동하기 위해서는 첫째, 교육과정 사용자 간 가치 창출에 도움을 줄 수 있는 네트워크 효과를 촉진하고, 둘째, 학생이 교사와 함께 만들어내는 이야기(사례)를 축적하여 규모의 수요 경제를 창출할 수 있어야 함을 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning and possibility as a platform of integrated subject in the 2022 revised curriculum period. To this end, this study examines what a platform is and how it can operate, and analyzes the meaning of integrated subject as a platform in light of this point of view. As a result of the study, first, the subject development authority was transferred to teachers and students, leading them to participate in the integrated subject platform. Second, by setting an open orientation of [now-here-our life], students live [now-here-our life] together with teachers in the platform of integrated subject and the value of power to live [now-here-our life] was induced to create. Third, by presenting the main experiences of right living, wise living, and pleasant living, exploring, and playing, key interactions necessary for students to develop the power to live [now-here-our life] were guided. Finally, in order for integrated subjects to operate as a platform in the real world, first, network effects that can help create value among curriculum users are promoted, and second, stories (cases) created by students together with teachers are accumulated. It was discussed that it should be possible to create ‘demand economies of scale’.
