한국 공영방송 경영평가제도에 관한 연구:제도이념과 현실 평가를 중심으로

Abstract

The public broadcasting in Korea becomes the target of criticism on the inefficiency and the low quality now. So this study is focused on the institution for public broadcasting evaluation system about the management performance. Because this institution is appropriate to improve and defect practical problems that the public broadcasting copes with as making the supervisory office evaluate the performance of the public broadcasting. Therefore, this study tries to set up the category for evaluation and seeks the idea of institution for public broadcasting evaluation system through the theoretical discussion. And making use of standards for evaluation derived from the idea of institution, I would analyze wether the institution for public broadcasting evaluation system is institutionalizing ppropriately or not. Then I would suggest policy alternatives for the institution for public broadcasting evaluation system to maintain the public performance in public broadcasting.
