업무의 효율성을 향상시키고 체계적인 정보화 투자관리를 통한 정보화 예산의 중복투자 방지등을 목적으로 여러 행정기관 및 공공기관에서 EA를 도입하여 운영하고 있으나 기관 내에서 EA의활용이 높지 못한 것이 현실이다. 이는 EA를 기도입한 대부분의 기관들이 EA의 활용성을 고려하기보다는 산출물 중심의 범정부 EA 프레임워크에 맞춰 EA를 구축했던 방식과 무관하지 않다. 이에 본논문에서는 EA를 도입하려는 기관에서 페르소나를 선정하고, 이들 페르소나로부터 요구사항을 도출하여 범정부 EA 메타 모델을 추가, 확장하여 산출물 중심이 아닌 정보 단위로 아키텍처를 관리하고활용함으로써 기관의 다양한 업무분야에서 EA 활용도를 높이기 위한 프레임워크를 제시한다.
Abstract
Many public organizations and administrations had implemented EA in order to improve work efficiency, and to prevent overlapping investments of budget through systematic management of information investments. However the actual utilization of EA in these organizations is quite low. This is not unrelated to the fact that most of these organizations carried out the EA projects based on the current government’s EA framework which is more focused on generating the actual results than the actual usability of EA. To this, in this study, we elected personas within the organizations that are considering to implement EA, and by acquiring the requirements from such personas and integrating and expanding the current government’s EA meta model, I proposed a framework that can increase utilization of EA in variety of areas in an organization and which can manage the architecture from information units rather than simply focusing on generating the results.
