엔터프라이즈 아키텍처 교육훈련의 체계적 접근

엔터프라이즈 아키텍처(이하 EA)에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 최근 몇 년간 민간과 공공 부문에서 EA의 구축이 활발하게 추진되어 왔다. 하지만 EA 도입에 대한 명확한 목표의식이 부족하다는 지적과 함께, EA 전문가의 부족 등 긍정적인 성과를 저해하는 문제점이 표출되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 EA 교육훈련에 대한 필요성과 추진체계를 점검하고 그 해결방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 그간의 EA 교육훈련은 분야별 아키텍처의 기술적 교육에 치중되었다는 점, 개별 아키텍처의 수립에 치중한 결과 그 연계성이 떨어진다는 점, 엔터프라이즈 아키텍트의 역량에 대한 인증체계가 부족하다는 점, 마지막으로 성과달성을 위한 변화관리에 대한 준비 없이 진행되었다는 점 등이 발견되었다. 본 논문에서는 EA 교육훈련에 관한 프레임워크를 제시하고, 이를 체계적으로 접근하기 위한 발전 대안을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
This paper intends to discuss the education and training for enterprise architecture. Many organizations in both public and private sectors have been implementing EA projects for the last few years. And the performance of EA is questioned. One of the reasons for lean performance is not to have good EA professionals. In particular, the education and training curriculum is very limited and in this paper we suggest several ways of nurturing them. The result shows the program has to be diversified, promoted, and targeted. Also, the publications in journals and articles are found to he very important tool for improving the level of public knowledge.
