우리나라에 엔터프리아즈아키텍처(EA)가 도입된지 10여년이 지났으나 큰 활용성을 보이지 못하고 있다. 범정부 차원에서 정보자원 현황관리라는 목표로 EA를 활용하기로 하고 지난 5년 여간 많은 노력을 기울여 왔다. 일부 중복성 검토 차원에서의 성과는 있었으나, 도리어 더 많은 문제점을 노출하고 있다. 이러한 문제점의 근원에는 메타모델이 있다. 본 연구는 범정부 아키텍처 메타모델의 변화과정과 구조를 분석해서 문제점을 찾아내어, 향후 개선방안을 제안한다. 현재의 메타모델이 정보자원 현황관리라는 한정된 목표에 국한되어 여러 문제점을 노출하고 있음을 지적하고, 다양한 이해관계자 관점의 통합에서의 메타모델 역할이 중요함을 강조한다.
Abstract
Since the adoption of Enterprise Architecture(EA) in the public section of Korea, therehas been no significant applaud for the use of EA. At the pan-government level, an attempt forusing EA in Information Resource Current Management has been done about for 5 years, nonethelessmore problems have been raised even if find some usefulness in preventing duplicativeinvestments in IT projects. It is the metamodel that lies in the core of diverse problems. The paperanalyzes structure and changes of metamodel, and find out problems, proposes some potentialsolutions.
