초록
The purpose of this study is three-fold: (1) to examine how hotel cooking employees’ job resources, which include social support, job autonomy, and self development, influence organizational citizenship behavior and job performance; (2) identify the relationship between job resources and job embeddedness; and (3) identify the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and job performance. The proposed model was experimentally tested using the data collected from 312 hotel cooking employees in Seoul, Korea. The results indicate that job resources have significant impacts on organizational citizenship behavior. Specifically, job resourse (feedback) has significant impact on job embeddedness, job resources (job autonomy and feedback) have impacts on job embeddedness (fit), and job resources (social support, job autonomy and self development, feedback) have impacts on job performance. Also, it was proved that job embeddedness (fit, sacrifice) significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior.
