초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of leader-member exchange(LMX) on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among hotel F&B employees in Daejeon City. A total of 200 useful samples from the three different deluxe hotels were collected and analyzed using IBM SPSS 20.0 Three underlying dimensions (trust, respect, obligation) of LMX were determined from exploratory factor analyses. Multiple regression analysis was employed to verify research hypotheses. It was found that all those three underlying dimensions of LMX had significant positive effects on job satisfaction which also had a significantly positive effect on organizational commitment. Especially trust and respect of LMX were strongly related to job satisfaction. The findings maximize the outcome of the organization through job satisfaction by improving the level of LMX. Implications of these results were examined.
