본 연구는 주제중심 수업에서 나타난 유치원 교사의 교수지식을 알아보기 위하여 주제 ‘색’을 중심으로 나타난 교수지식을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 유치원 교사 11명으로 이들의 수업을 대상으로 자극회상면담을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 나타난 주제 ‘색’에 대한 유치원 교사의 교수지식은 유아들에 대한 지지와 격려, 학급운영을 위한 전략, 직접적인 교수, 자료에 대한 다양한 접근으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과에서 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 유치원 교사의 교수지식 양상이 다양하게 나타나고 있다는 것과 이를 가능하게 하는 기반으로 유아의 발달과 흥미, 유아의 개별성, 본질적인 권위 형성, 유아들에 대한 지지와 격려에 두고 있다는 것이다. 연구의 의의로는 특정한 단위수업활동에서 나타났던 교수지식에 대한 연구를 벗어나 주제를 중심으로 한 유치원 수업에서 나타난 교수지식을 분석하였다는 데에 있으며 교수내용지식 및 교과내용지식과의 비교분석을 시도할 수 있는 기초 자료가 될 수 있다는 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of kindergarten teachers’ pedagogical knowledge related in ‘color’ theme. Eleven kindergarten teachers were interviewed by stimulated recall. Data were collected through various method such as stimulated recall interview about kindergarten teachers' teaching, video-tapings, recordings, and document analyses. Data were analysed by using an inductive categorical system and the trustworthness of data confirmed through member check and peer debriefing. The results of this study were support and encouragement for child, stratege of classroom management, directly instruction, approach about diversity material, and belief for child.
