자폐성 장애인의 직업재활 관련 연구 고찰

초록

이 연구의 목적은 자폐성 장애인의 직업재활에 관련된 국외 문헌을 분석함으로써, 특수교육 및 직업재활서비스를 위한 이론적·실천적 함의를 제시하는데 있다. 학술데이터베이스 시스템을 이용하여 25편의 논문을 최종분석대상으로 삼았으며, 자폐성 장애인의 직업재활에 관련된 연구 16편과 자폐성 장애인의 직업관련 기술 증진을 위해 중재전략을 적용하고 그 효과를 검증한 연구 9편을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 관련논문은 1980년대 중반부터 현재까지 지속으로 발표되고 있으며, 대상 또한 다양한 스펙트럼을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 내용분석 결과는 ① 개인적 특성 요인 ② 가정 요인 ③ 전문가요인 ④ 직무요인 ⑤ 직장 요인 ⑥ 기관 및 프로그램 요인 등 여섯 가지 요인으로 범주화하여 제시하였다. 중재전략 연구를 분석한 결과, 문제행동·의사소통·촉진 전략 등을 효과적인 강화를 통해 투입한다면, 작업방해행동이 감소되고 직장적응능력과 작업수행능력을 향상 시킬 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적·실천적 함의를 제시하고, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 언급하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to propose theoretical and practical implication for special education and vocational rehabilitation services through review of overseas articles in related to vocational rehabilitation in persons with autistic disorder. We selected out 25 research articles for last review using searching on the research resources database. These articles were consisted of 16 articles about vocational rehabilitation and 9 articles about the effects of intervention strategies for improvement of vocational skills. The results of this review, articles in related to vocational rehabilitation were published constantly from the mid of 1980s to the present, and the participants of these articles had various aspects of autistic spectrum disorders. The results of contents analysis were categorized by the factors of individual characteristics, domestic, specialist, job, work place and agency or programs. The results of intervention strategy analysis showed that improvement of job performance and reduction of work interrupt behavior were possible if intervention strategies were applied to problem behavior, communication and prompt, and so forth through ways to the effective reinforcement. Also, based on the results of this study, theoretical and practical implication were proposed and recommendations for future research were discussed.
