발달장애인 대상의 서비스업 관련 직업교육 중재연구에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰: 국내연구를 중심으로

초록

목적: 본 연구는 현재까지 국내에서 이루어진 발달장애인 대상의 서비스업 관련 직업교육 중재연구를 체계적으로 고찰함으로써, 이에 대한 지식을 종합적으로 정리하고, 후속 연구에 대한 방향성을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 데이터베이스 검색을 통해 산출된 학술지 게재 논문 중에서, 체계적인 선정 과정을 거쳐, 총 21편의 연구논문을 문헌고찰 과정에 포함하였다. 연구결과: 연구 결과, 발달장애인을 대상으로 한 서비스업 관련 직업교육 중재연구는 2010년을 기점으로 시작되어, 지속적으로 그 관심이 증대되고 있음을 확인하였다. 그리고 종속변인을 통해 보았을 때, 요식업, 사무보조, 청소, 대인 서비스 관련 직무 등에 대한 연구가 현재까지 수행되어 왔음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 독립변인 중재의 경우에는 대부분 기존에 효과성이 입증된 증거기반실제(Evidence-Based Practices)를 복합적으로 적용하는 다중요소중재를 기반으로 하고 있었다. 중재연구의 질적인 수준은 비교적 높은 편이었으나, 내적타당성을 포함하는 몇 가지 중요한 질적 지표에 있어서 공통적으로 문제가 나타나 향후 이에 대한 개선이 요구된다. 중재의 효과성은 대부분의 연구에서 크게 나타났으나, 향후 질적 지표를 완전히 충족하는 중재연구를 대상으로 하는 추가 분석도 필요하다. 결론: 본 연구는 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 발달장애인 대상의 서비스업 관련 직업교육 연구 및 실제에 대한 학계와 현장의 관심을 유도하고, 향후 이루어질 후속연구가 나아가야 할 방향을 제언해 보았다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to systematically review the intervention studies on vocational education related to service industry for individuals with developmental disabilities in South Korea, and to present the direction for future research. Method: 1,253 research papers were searched from databases based on internet service, and 21 researches were systematically reviewed and meta-analyzed in this literature review study. Results: Results of this literature review study presented that intervention studies on the vocational education related to service industry for individuals with developmental disabilities were started from 2010s, and the interest for these intervention studies is continuously increasing. In addition, intervention studies on service industry related to food service, clerical support, cleaning, and interpersonal service have been carried out to date. Most independent variable interventions also utilized multi-component intervention that integrate the existing proven evidence-based practices. The quality of most of these studies was relatively high, however, improvements in some important qualitative indicators were required in the follow-up researches, because of the common deficiencies in some indicators. The effectiveness of interventions was found to be large and very significant in most these studies, however, it was also suggested that re-analysis procedure may be needed for follow-up intervention studies that fully meet the qualitative indicators. Conclusion: Findings from this study proposed that the interest of the field on these researches and practices related to service industry for individuals with developmental disabilities should be continued.
