우울-품행장애성향 청소년의 애착, 초기 부적응 도식, 대처 방식의 특성

Attachment, Early Maladaptive Schemas, and Coping Strategies in Adolescents with Depressive-Conduct Problem

초록

본 연구는 우울과 품행문제가 공존하는 청소년들이 우울 또는 품행문제를 보이는 청소년들과 애착, 초기 부적응 도식, 대처 방식에 있어 어떤 차이점을 보이는지 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 애착의 질에서 우울-품행장애성향 집단과 우울성향 집단은 통제 집단보다 친밀과 의존 애착의 수준이 낮았다. 불안 애착의 수준은 우울-품행장애성향 집단, 우울성향 집단, 통제 집단 순으로 높았다. 또한 애착 유형을 분류한 결과, 우울-품행장애성향 집단과 우울성향 집단은 불안/양가형, 회피형, 안정형 순으로 애착 유형을 더 많이 보였다. 초기 부적응 도식의 경우, 단절 및 거절, 타인중심성, 과잉경계 및 억제의 영역에서 우울-품행장애성향 집단과 우울성향 집단은 통제 집단보다 초기 부적응 도식을 더 많이 보였다. 또한 손상된 자율성 및 수행과 손상된 한계 영역에서는 우울-품행장애성향 집단, 우울성향 집단, 통제 집단 순으로 초기 부적응 도식을 더 많이 보였다. 대처 방식의 경우, 우울-품행장애성향 집단은 우울성향 집단과 통제 집단보다 정서중심적 대처와 회피적 대처를 더 많이 사용했고, 통제 집단보다 문제중심적 대처를 적게 사용했다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 추후 연구를 위한 제언을 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in attachment, early maladaptive schemas, and coping strategies among the depressive- conduct problem group, the depression group, and the conduct problem group. The results were as follows. First, in the quality of attachment, both the depressive-conduct problem group and the depression group showed lower level of closeness and dependence than the control group. Also level of anxiety was the highest in the depressive-conduct problem group which was followed by the depression group and then the control group. And, according to the results of classifying of attachment style, anxious/ambivalent style was found most, which was followed by avoidant style and secure style in the depressive-conduct problem group and the depression group. Second, early maladaptive schemas in the domains of disconnection and rejection, others-directedness, and overvigilance and inhibition were more activated in the depressive-conduct problem group and the depression group than the control group. Also early maladaptive schemas in the domains of impaired autonomy and performance, and impaired limits were activated in the depressive-conduct problem group, the depression group and then the control group in order. Third, in coping strategies, the depressive-conduct problem group used more emotion-centered coping and avoidance-centered coping than both the depression group and the control group. And the depressive- conduct problem group used fewer problem-centered coping than the control group. Finally, implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for future study were addressed.
