이 연구는 지금까지 축적된 단일대상 연구의 지표를 분석하여 증거기반 실제를 위한 단일대상 연구의 질적 지표를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 연구대상 영역 중 대상자 선정과정의 명확성. 둘째, 연구환경 영역의 환경기술 구체성. 셋째, 설계구성 영역 중 (ㄱ) 연구 설계 적절성 (ㄴ) 구성요소 (ㄷ) 자료점 기준. 넷째, 기초선 영역 중 (ㄱ) 기초선 측정의 구체성 (ㄴ) 기초선 안정성. 다섯째, 기록체계 영역 중 (ㄱ) 자료수집 과정의 구체성 (ㄴ) 기록방법 선택의 적절성. 여섯째, 종속변인 영역 중 (ㄱ) 조작적 정의 (ㄴ) 관찰자간 신뢰도. 일곱째, 독립변인 영역 중 (ㄱ) 조작적 정의 (ㄴ) 유지(일반화)측정 (ㄷ) 충실도. 여덟째, 내적 타당도 영역의 통제. 아홉째, 외적 타당도 영역 중 (ㄱ) 통제 (ㄴ) 사회적 타당도. 열째, 효과분석 영역의 시각적 분석(수준, 경향), 통계적 분석으로 10개 범주의 18개 단일대상 연구의 질적 지표가 도출되었다.
Abstract
This study suggested quality rating of single subject research for evidence-based practices to analyze study on rating of accumulated single subject research. The result are as follow. First, clarity of subject selection process among the subject of study field. Second, environment description concreteness of research environment field. Third, among the design structure (a) research plan adequacy (b) component (c) data point. Fourth, among (a) the concreteness of baseline measurement (b) baseline safety. Fifth, among the record system field (a) concreteness of data collection process (b) adequacy of recording mode selection. Sixth, among the dependent variable field (a) operant definition (b) among the observers reliability. Seventh, among the independent variable field (a) operant definition (b) maintain(generalization)measurement (c) fidelity. Eighth, control of internal validity field. Ninth, among the external validity field (a) control (b) social validity. Tenth, eighteen quality rating of single subject research of ten categories derived from visual analysis of effectiveness analysis field(level, tendency), statistical analysis.
