근거 기반의 실제(Evidence-Based Practice)를 구축하기 위한 질적 지표 및 로드맵을 통한 분석 : 국내의 긍정적 행동지원 전략 연구들을 중심으로

본 연구는 현재 국내 긍정적 행동지원 전략 연구들을 문헌분석하고 연구의 방향과 동향을 파악함으로써 현재 국내의 연구들의 특성을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2001년부터 2009년 7월까지 PBS로 검색된 논문을 발췌하여 일반적인 특성, 근거기반의 실제를 위한 질적지표, 근거기반의 실제 로드맵의 세 가지 기준을 통해 연구논문들의 특성과 동향을 파악하고자 하였다. 그 결과 총 19편의 논문이 선별되었으며 그 중 단일대상연구는 17편, 집단연구는 2편으로 선별된 논문은 세 가지 틀에 의해 분석하였다. 질적지표를 통한 분석에서는 참여대상이나 변인, 중재프로그램, 관찰자 신뢰도에 대한 부분에서는 질적지표에 대한 요건을 충족하였으나 중재충실도나 내적타당도 등 부분에서는 비교적 질적지표에 대한 요건이 낮게 수행되었다. 집단연구는 특히 데이터 처리가 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 근거기반 실제 로드맵 지표를 통한 분석에서는 통제된 환경에서의 효과입증단계와 지속적인 관찰단계에서의 연구논문들이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 연구가 실천적인 방안으로 연계되어지기 위한 논의와 추후 연구를 위한 시사점들을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze papers about positive behavior support strategies (PBS) and to find the papers’ characters and trends. We searched the papers which published from 2001 to July. 2009, and we classified according to general features, quality indicators for evidence-based practice (EBP), and the road map for EBP. We found 19 studies about PBS; the single-subject studies were 17, Group experimental studies were 2. In analysis through quality Indicators for single-subject and group Experimental research studies, the studies were satisfied with Indicator about Participants, variables, Intervention program and observer’s reliability, but they were unsatisfied with Indicator about Intervention fidelity, Inter validity, and Quality of implementation. Especially, In Group experimental research studies, the quality of Data analysis was insufficient. Also, the studies absent in Efficacy stages and Monitoring stages according to the road map for EBP. Therefore, this study suggested the discussions about the research to practices and the complements for the following studies.
