초록

본 연구의 목적은 사회불안장애 위험 청소년의 사회불안정서에 영향을 미치는 변인을 밝히는 데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 경기도 구리시, 대전광역시, 전라북도 전주시에서 편의군집표집한 중학교 2개교와 고등학교 3개교에 재학 중인 1, 2학년 일반학급 학생 618명 중 사회불안 위험군의 절단점 이상의 점수를 획득한 254명이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자동사고, 우울정서 및 성별이 사회불안장애 위험 청소년의 사회불안정서에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 부정적 자동사고와 우울의 척도 점수가 높을수록 사회불안의 척도 점수가 높았다. 긍정적 자동사고의 척도 점수가 높을수록 사회불안의 척도 점수가 낮았다. 또한, 남학생이 여학생보다 더 많은 사회불안을 느꼈다. 둘째, 자동사고의 하위요인 중 신체적 위협의 척도 점수가 높을수록 사회불안의 척도 점수가 높았고, 긍정적 자동사고의 척도 점수가 높을수록 사회불안의 척도 점수가 낮았다. 셋째, 우울의 하위요인 중 우울의 인지적 측면의 척도 점수가 높을수록 사회불안의 척도점수가 높았다. 후속연구를 위한 제언과 교육현장을 위한 시사점에 대해 논의하였다.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the variables influencing social anxiety of at-risk adolescents. The subjects were 254 at-risk adolescents. Correlations and multiple regressions were implemented to answer the research questions. The results of the study were as follows: (a) automatic thoughts, depressive emotions and gender had impact on the social anxiety of at-risk adolescents. The higher the scores of negative automatic thoughts, the higher the scores of social anxiety. The higher the scores of positive automatic thoughts, the lower the scores of social anxiety. The boys had higher social anxiety than the girls. (b) Two factors of automatic thoughts - physical threat and positive automatic thoughts - had impact on the social anxiety of at-risk adolescents. That is, the higher the scores of physical threat, the higher the scores of social anxiety. However, the higher the scores of positive automatic thoughts, the lower the scores of social anxiety. (c) The cognitive aspects of depressive emotions had impact on the social anxiety of at-risk adolescents. That is, the higher the scores of cognitive aspects of depressive emotions, the higher the scores of social anxiety. Limitations of the study and implications for future research were discussed.
