전산화 인지훈련 프로그램이 ADHD성향 아동의 주의집중능력 및 기억능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 전산화 인지훈련 프로그램(Comcog)이 ADHD성향이 있는 아동들의 주의집중능력 및 기억능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시한 실험연구이다. 본 연구의 대상은 단축형 Conners 교사평정척도를 실시한 결과 총점 18점 이상인 초등학생 16명을 대상으로 실험집단 8명, 통제집단 8명씩 각각 배정하였으며, 실험집단에는 전산화 인지훈련 프로그램 중재를 실시하고, 통제집단에는 실시하지 않았다. 전산화 인지훈련 프로그램 중재가 종속변인 주의집중능력과 기억능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 각 대상 집단에 주의집중력검사(FAIR)와 아동용 기억능력검사(Rey-kim)를 사용하여 중재 실시 이후 집단 간의 차이를 분석한 결과 전산화 인지훈련 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단과 전산화 인지훈련 프로그램을 실시하지 않은 통제집단 간에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 전산화 인지훈련 프로그램이 ADHD성향이 있는 아동들의 주의집중력능력과 기억능력향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study is a study conducted to evaluate the impact of computer cognitive rehabilitation program to improve attention skills of children with ADHD have a tendency and ability to remember. The subjects of this study was two groups of sixteen elementary school students, the experimental group was composed of 8, and the other control group 8 students, all of whom got above 18 points sum total after Conners Teacher Rating Scale: CTRS. FAIR inspection and Rey-Kim memory test tool using the pre-and post-tests conducted for each target group analysis by the results of computer cognitive rehabilitation program in the experimental group to improve attention skills and memory skills to be effective in showed, did not show a statistically significant change in the control group. Computer cognitive rehabilitation program, the effect of children with ADHD have a tendency to improve attentional skills and the ability to remember that when you see these results appeared.
