발달장애 대학생의 고등교육에 대한 연구동향

본 연구는 발달장애 대학생의 고등교육과 관련한 연구 동향을 분석하여 발달장애학생 고등교육에 대한 시사점과 연구 방향성을 제안하고자 하였다. 2023년까지 국내 학술저널에 출간된 28편의 발달장애 대학생의 고등교육에 대한 연구들이 분석대상 논문으로 선정되었다. 연구대상, 연구주제에 따른 연구방법, 연구분야의 기준에 따라 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 발달장애 대학생 관련 연구들은 2009년부터 활발하게 이루어지기 시작하였다. 연구대상에 있어서는 발달장애 대학생을 연구대상자로 선정한 연구가 주를 이루었다. 연구 분야로는 학업 및 대학생활 관련 연구가 많았으며, 상대적으로 발달장애 학생의 대학진학과 대학생활 지원 관련 연구가 미흡하였고 발달장애 대학생의 입학 관련 연구와 정서 관련 연구는 거의 드물게 이루어졌다. 발달장애 대학생의 고등교육 관련 논문들의 연구 방법은 다양한 프로그램을 적용하여 효과성을 검증하는 실험연구가 주로 수행되어 왔으며, 조사연구도 많은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과에 기반하여 발달장애 대학생뿐만 아니라 부모, 또래, 전문가 등 다양한 주체를 대상으로 하는 연구와 발달장애 대학생의 정서 지원 및 대학 내 다양한 지원 서비스에 대한 연구가 수행될 필요가 있음을 논의에서 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study analyzed research trends of higher education for college students with developmental disabilities and proposed implications and research directions for higher education for students with developmental disabilities. 28 studies related to college students with developmental disabilities published in domestic academic journals until 2023 were selected as papers for analysis. Research trends were analyzed according to the research subjects, research methods according to the research topic, and standards of the research field. Since 2009, research on college students with developmental disabilities has been actively conducted. As a result of the research, the majority of studies selected college students with developmental disabilities as research subjects. There were many studies related to the academics and college life of college students with developmental disabilities. Relatively, research on support for college admission, and emotions of college students with developmental disabilities has been rarely conducted. Studies mainly conducted experimental studies to verify effectiveness by applying various programs, and many studies were also conducted through surveys. Accordingly, it was suggested that there is a need to conduct research targeting not only college students with developmental disabilities but also various subjects such as parents, peers, and experts, and research on emotional support for college students with developmental disabilities and various support services within universities.
