태권도장 지도자의 유형에 대한 연구

Abstract

In this study, by making the first line leaders at Taekwondo Gyms an object of study and investigating types of them, I have intended to present a new educational view of Taekwondo leaders and to help a change of the education for internal leaders at Taekwondo Gyms. For this, I have utilized a method of a study using a method of a investigation of the literature and an depth interview method with a specialist, on the basis of this, as a result of investigating the point of the question and position at Taekwondo Gym leaders, and the ideal leader types and roles, I have reached the following conclusions. First, a leader of Kyorugi type must make an effort to have the abilities of the competition individually in order to elevate the qualities and the abilities of a leader. Also a leader must devote to endeavor after a development of program and a acquirement of knowledge so that trainees can get effectively from experience through a training by steps in accordance with one who has Gup, or Poom certificates. Second, a leader of Poomsae type must make an effort to be a good example so that a trainee take aim at a leader him/herself. Third, a leader of a demonstration guidance type must have an acquirement with an understanding and a correct function on a demonstration in person. Fourth, a leader of type depending on Taekwondo consulting program must become a fine leader who study and teach in accordance with the flow of time. In other words, a leader must develop the various programs such as a Taekwondo gymnastics to music, creative Poomsae, training of concentrative ability, and act in concert with a school physical education, and introduce into various programs of game type to improve physical strength. Since the type and role of Taekwondo leaders also change according as a change of the society. Finally, the leaders at Taekwondo Gyms must make an effort taking aim at the ideal formation of human being who have been a fully intellectual education, moral education, physical education which are an object of Taekwondo education.
