체육학 발전방향 소통의 관찰

이 논문의 목적은 체육학 발전방향 소통을 관찰하는 것이다. 관찰은 구별을 통한 지칭이다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존의 체육학 발전방향 소통이 체육학 발전방향을 어떻게 구별하고 지칭하는지 2차 등급 관찰자의 관점에서 관찰한다. 기존의 체육학 발전방향 소통은 학문적 방법의 고유성/비고유성 그리고 생산된 지식의 체육현장 응용가능성/응용불가능성 두 가지 구별을 이용하고 있으며, 각 구별에서 고유성과 응용가능성을 발전방향으로 지칭하고 있다. 즉 기존의 체육학 발전방향 소통은 체육학의 연구방법이 고유성을 결여하고 있으며, 생산된 지식은 현장응용력이 매우 낮은 것으로 관찰한다. 따라서 체육학 발전방향으로서 그 구별의 다른 면 즉 고유한 연구방법 개발과 현장지향적인 지식생산을 제안한다. 고유한 연구방법 개발 노력과 관련하여 두 가지 경향을 관찰할 수 있는데 첫째는 소위 신체를 통한 연구방법의 도입이고, 둘째는 모학문의 체육학 진입을 가로막는 장벽 쌓기 노력이다. 그러나 신체를 통한 연구방법으로 제안된 몸학과 현상학적 기술 역시 교육심리학과 철학분야에서 개발된 것이라는 점에서 체육학의 고유한 방법으로 보기 어려우며, 장벽 쌓기를 통한 모학문으로부터의 고립화전략도 체육학의 영양공급체계에 치명적인 문제를 유발시킬 수 있다는 점에서 문제가 있다. 학문적 고립의 다른 표현인 학문적 독립은 결국 체육학을 주변적이고 변두리적인 학문으로 변질시킬 가능성이 높다. 한편 현장지향적 지식생산 요청과 관련하여 체육학과 체육현장의 밀착경향을 관찰할 수 있는데, 이와 같은 현장밀착경향 증가는 모든 학문의 전제인 거리두기능력을 약화시킬 우려가 있다. 이로부터 체육학의 학문적 중립성이 훼손될 위험이 생겨난다. 학문적 중립성이 훼손된 학문은 더 이상 진리/비진리 코드에 따라 작동하는 사회체계가 아니며 정치와 경제의 하청업자로 전락할 가능성이 높다. 체육학이 학문으로 기능하기 위해서는 그동안 자신이 쌓아 올린 이론 및 실천적 방벽에 통로를 만들고 타 학문들과 적극적으로 소통하며, 체육현장과 적절한 거리를 둘 수 있어야만 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is observation of the communication on development direction of sports science. Observation is indication through distinction. Therefore, this paper observed in the position of observation of second order, how has indicated and distinguished the communication on the development direction of sports science. The communication used two kind of distinction, uniqueness/ununiqueness of scientific method and practical applicability/inapplicability of resulted knowledge, and indicated uniqueness and applicability as the development direction of sports science. In other words, the communication on development direction of sports science observed the scientific method of sports science as ununique and the resulted knowledge of sports science as inapplicable, and suggested the another side of distinction as the development direction of sports science, uniqueness of scientific method and practical applicability of resulted knowledge. But the isolation strategy from mother sciences can cause a fatal problem in the nutrient supply system of sports science, and the increased tend to close with the practical field can make weakening the ability to keep the distance to the practical field as a scientifical premise.
