본 연구는 대학생의 학습몰입이 진로동기에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이들 간의 관계에서 학교지원 및 자기주도성의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 C, D 지역 소재의 4년제 대학 재학생을 임의표집하였고 그 결과 164명의 학생이 응답하였다. 조사방법은 온라인으로 설문지를 실시하였고 Baron과 Kenny 및 Sobel test를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습몰입, 진로동기, 학교지원, 자기주도성은 변인들 간에 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 학습몰입과 진로동기 간의 관계에서 학교지원과 자기주도성은 매개효과를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 진로동기를 높이기 위해 학습몰입과 학교지원 및 자기주도성 향상을 위한 방안을 언급하고 추후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' learning engagement on career motivation and to verify the mediating effect of school support and self-directedness in these relationships. To this end, students enrolled in four-year universities in areas C and D were randomly sampled, and as a result, 164 students responded. The survey method was conducted online and analyzed using Baron, Kenny, and Sobel tests. The research results were as follows. First, learning engagement, career motivation, school support, and self-directedness showed a significant positive correlation to each other. Second, in relation between learning engagement and career motivation, school support and self-directedness showed mediating effects. Based on these findings, learning commitment, school support, and self-direction improvement measures to increase career motivation were mentioned, and future research directions were suggested.
