고등학생이 지각한 부모 양육태도가 정서인식역량과 자아존중감을 매개로 진로적응력에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 고등학생이 지각한 부모 양육태도와 진로적응력의 관계에서 정서인식역량과 자아존중감이 매개 역할을 하는지 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 한국 아동청소년 패널조사(KCYPS 2018)의 4차년도 데이터를 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 긍정적 양육태도는 진로적응력에 직접적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않지만, 부정적 양육태도는 진로적응력에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 긍정적 양육태도와 진로적응력의 관계에서 정서인식역량, 자아존중은 각각 완전매개효과가 나타났다. 부모의 부정적 양육태도와 진로적응력의 관계에서 자아존중감은 부분매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 부모의 긍정적 양육태도와 진로적응력의 관계에서 정서인식능력과 자아존중감의 이중매개효과가 나타났다. 또한 이 결과를 토대로 논의 및 제한점, 후속 연구를 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to verify whether emotional recognition competency and self-esteem play a mediating role in the relationship between parental parenting attitudes and career adaptability perceived by high school students. For this, data from the 4th year of the Korea Children & Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS 2018) were used. The collected data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that parents' positive parenting attitude did not have a direct significant effect on career adaptability, but negative parenting attitude had a direct significant effect on career adaptability. Second, in the relationship between parents' positive parenting attitude and career adaptability, emotional recognition competency and self-esteem showed complete mediating effects, respectively. In the relationship between parents' negative parenting attitude and career adaptability, self-esteem showed a partial mediating effect. Third, in the relationship between parents' positive parenting attitude and career adaptability, there was a double mediating effect between emotional recognition ability and self-esteem. In addition, discussions, limitations, and follow-up studies were proposed based on these results.
