대도시 주변지역의 토지개발 제약에 따른 도시성장 속도가 다른 것을 분석하기 위해 지목을 이용하여 토지개발이 가능한 면적을 경기도 27개 도시별로 산출하고 이에 따른 도시경계거리 변화와 도시성장 요인들과의 인과관계를 분석하는 것을 본 연구의 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 실현하기 위해 1980년부터 2004년까지 지목자료를 이용해 토지개발가능 면적과 경계거리를 산출하였고, 도시성장과 밀접한 관계를 갖는 지표를 선정하여 2000년과 2004년 비교하는 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 교통과 토지개발제약이 덜한 경기도 서남부지역 위주로 성장변화가 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study purposes that urban boundary distance of land development are calculated by 27 cities in Gyeonggi Province using land use category for analysing different urban growth rate to take effect land constraints in the development of the surrounding metropolitan area. Between urban boundary distance and factors of urban growth, also, are analyzed and evaluated. To realize the purpose of this research, possible area and boundary distance was calculated using land use category till 1980 to 2005 and indicators of closed urban growth selected by comparing the years 2000 and 2004 conducted a regression analysis. Through this research, south-west area that has less constraints of land development in the Kyeonggido has been changed larger urban changes than others.
