서울, 인천, 경기도를 포함하고 있는 수도권 지역의 공간구조 변화와 특성을 알아보고자 수도권 내부 지역을 공간적 범위로 하여 서울시와 주변 지역의 물리적, 제도적 특성을 포함하고 있는 6개 도시형 지목(대, 공장용지, 학교용지, 도로, 종교용지, 공원)을 이용해서 도시경계거리의 변화를 분석하였고, 도시성장에 제약을 주는 도시형태계수를 활용하여 각 도시마다 성장 크기의 한계를 도출하였다. 또한 도시 외곽으로 확산하는 속도를 GIS를 이용하여 분석하였다.
Abstract
The 6urban land categories that are related to urban growth such as land for building, factory, school, religion, park and road were used to analyze the urban growth factors by using a change analysis of urban boundary distance and a gradient analysis of urban density based on the physical or institutional characters of the surrounded areas from the Seoul city. Also it can be found the limitation of expansion of each city using urban shape variable The temporal scope of the paper is defined from 1976 to 2006 to see the speed of expansion to outer block. Especially, this paper introduced a definition “Urban boundary distance” for the first time to measure the spread speed. To analyze the changes of a urban density gradient in 1996 and 2010. Moreover, for understanding analysis of urban growth of metropolitan area, this paper is to use GIS geostatistical analysis method.
