본 연구는 병영생활전문상담관(군 상담관)의 전문성 발달을 위한 교육과 수퍼비전의 방향을 제안할 목적으로 군 상담관이 인식하고 있는 수퍼비전 요구에 대한 개념적 구조를 살펴보았다. 군 상담관 13명을 대상으로 개별 면접을 실시하여 아이디어를 산출하고 이를 종합, 편집과정을 통해 최종적으로 67개 진술문을 산출하였다. 13명의 군 상담관이 진술문에 대한 유사성 분류를 한 결과를 활용하여 개념도 분석을 실시한 결과, 군 상담관의 수퍼비전 요구는 (1) 군 상담 특수성을 반영한 수퍼비전, (2) 부대 상황에 맞는 상담 구조화에 대한 이해, (3) 사례유형별 군 상담 개입 방법, (4) 정신병리 문제의 이해와 평가, (5) 사례개념화와 상담기술의 조언, (6) 군 상담관 고충의 이해와 지지, (7) 군 상담 가치에 대한 인정과 옹호의 7개의 군집으로 탐색되었다. 또한 군집별 중요도를 평정한 결과, 부대 상황에 맞는 상담 구조화 이해가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 군 상담관을 위한 수퍼비전 실제와 관련 연구에 대한 논의를 하였다.
Abstract
This study examined the conceptual structure of supervision demands recognized by military counselors for the purpose of suggesting the direction of education and supervision for the professional development of military life counselors (military counselors). Individual interviews were conducted with 13 military counselors to generate ideas, and 67 statements were finally derived through the comprehensive and editing process. As a result of conducting a conceptual diagram analysis using the results of the similarity classification of statements by 13 military counselors, the supervision needs of military counselors were explored in 7 clusters of (1) Supervision reflecting the specificity of military counseling, (2) Understandings of counseling structurization appropriate for military context, (3) Military counseling intervention methods by case types, (4) Understanding and assessment of psychopathological problems, (5) Advice on case conceptualization and counseling skills, (6) Understanding and support of military counselor's struggles, (7) Recogniting and advocacy of military counseling values. After evaluating the importance of each cluster, we noticed that the importance of understanding the structure of counseling appropriate to the context of the military was the most significant one among others. Based on the results, discussions on supervision practice and related studies for military counselors were provided.
