Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Hatta Yoga training on the physiological variables of high school girls and the psychological variables of middle-aged women. For the purpose of the study, we tested whether Hatayo yoga performance will have a positive effect on physical fitness factors, obesity indicators, and stress hormones. Measurements were made at 51 girls at 00 girls' high schools in Sacheon, Gyeongnam and 125 people at S Yoga Center in Gyeongnam. As a result of the study, yoga exercise of high school girls did not have a positive effect on obesity indicators and stress hormones, and a positive effect on physical fitness. In addition, the yoga exercise of middle-aged women showed a great effect on relaxation and stress reduction through SRSI. Therefore, through Hata Yoga, it can be said that high school girls will have positive changes in their serum lipid and physical strength, and in adult women, relaxation and stress measures related to mental health.
