문화예술교육 정책 분석을 통한 문화예술교육의 발전방향

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라의 문화예술교육 발전에 크게 기여한 문화예술교육 관련 법규와 문화예술교육 정책의 역사적 흐름을 탐색하고, 향후 문화예술교육의 발전방향을 제안하는 것이다. 우리나라의 문화예술교육은 2005년 문화예술교육 지원법에 의해 활성화되기 시작하였으며, 이와 관련된 문화예술교육 정책으로 문화예술진흥법, 문화예술교육 지원법, 지방문화원진흥법 등이 있다. 이러한 문화예술교육 정책을 통해 예술강사 지원사업, 문화예술교육사 제도가 시행되고 있다. 또한 창의성과 인성 함양을 위한 초·중등 예술교육활성화 기본방안, 문화융성 정책과제 및 추진전략의 영향으로 최근의 문화예술교육은 그 영역을 확장시켜나가고 있다. 이러한 문화예술교육 정책에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 문화예술교육의 발전을 위한 수요자 맞춤형 문화예술교육 프로그램의 개발, 내용 및 주제 통합형 문화예술교육 프로그램의 적용, 문화예술교육사 제도의 안정 및 역량 개발, 공공기관, 민간단체, 지역사회, 시민의 화합 필요성을 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of study was to investigate culture and art education policy and its historical change and to suggest future direction for culture and art education. Culture and art education of our country had been activated by support for arts and culture education act in 2005. There were culture and arts promotion act, and promotion of local cultural institutes act existed as a culture and art education policy. These policies supported project for artist in school program, and art and culture instructor policy. Also dimension of culture and art education had expanded under the influence of educational and cultural enrichment policy task. Based on understanding of culture and art education policy, we proposed some future directions for culture and art education.
