Abstract
We analyze the source effects of the Korea-US Free Trade Agreement negotiations on the Korea's stock market. The main findings are as follows: The FTA news are significantly related with the index of the KOSPI and KOSDAQ. More specifically, Korea's private sector and the US government have a significant impact on the Korean stock market, which means that the market reacts differently to the source of the information.
