인도 제조업의 산업구조와 한국과의 생산유발효과 분석

본 연구는 산업연관분석을 통해 인도 제조업 구조와 함께 한⋅인도 간의 산업별 경제 유발효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 WIOD 자료를 활용하여 인도 제조업을 중심으로 생산 및 부가가치에 대한 산업별 유발 계수를 각각 추정하여 산업별 연관관계를 파악하였다. 분석결과, 인도 제조업에서는 산출액 기준으로는 화학제품, 식음료품, 1차금속 제품 등이 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 인도 내수시장에서 식음료품, 섬유 및 가죽제품, 운송장비 순으로 타 산업에 높은 경제효과를 창출하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 한국과 인도의 상호 생산유발효과를 분석한 결과, 인도 및 한국 제조업에서는 화학제품, 운송장비, 1차금속 제품 등 기존의 주요 협력 부문을 중심으로 양방향으로 유의미한 생산유발효과를 창출하고 있다. 또한 가구 및 기타제품, 기계 및 장비 등 신규협력 부문을 중심으로 경제협력이 확대되고 있다는 점을 발견하였다. 본 연구는 제조업을 중심으로 인도의 산업 연관성과 한⋅인도 간의 생산유발효과를 추정하여 산업구조 측면에서 양국 협력관계 현황을 평가하고 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This research investigates the structure of Indian manufacturing and the riffle effects of each industry between Korea and India through inter-industry analysis. We analyzed WIOD(World Input-Output Database) to understand industrial relationships between sectors through the inducement coefficient from production and added values, focusing on the Indian manufacturing industry. Sectors related to food, textiles and leather, chemical and metal products have high proportions of total output in Indian manufacturing. In addition, these sectors, including transport equipment, create more economic effects other sectors in India. Furthermore, we conduct a comparative analysis of the production inducement effects from sectors between India and South Korea. The results show that they significantly affect on production inducement in both directions, mainly in major cooperative industries such as chemical products, transportation equipment, and primary metal products. New sectors such as other manufacturing products, machinery and equipment also expand their effects in both countries. In summary, the study examines India’s industrial structure and the cooperative structure of the two countries based on manufacturing.
