>이 연구는 인구총조사에서 행정자료의 활용을 확대해 나아가기 위한 기초적인 작업으로서, 인구총조사에서 주택관련 항목과 밀접한 관련이 있는 건축물대장의 활용정도를 살펴보았다. 2004년 7월에 실시한 5차 시험조사 중 3개 지역에서 수집된 조사자료를 바탕으로 가구명부-거처정보 자료와 건축물대장이 얼마나 잘 상응하는지를 분석하였다. 지역별, 지역내 조사구별 매칭 결과의 비교 분석을 바탕으로 건축물대장의 활용 정도와 정보의 정확성 등을 평가하였다. 끝으로 건축물대장의 활용 정도를 높이기 위한 방안으로서 자료 매칭을 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 기술적인 방안들을 제시하였고, 건축물대장과 새주소체계의 개선 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
>We investigated the applicability of housing register to population and housing census. Its empirical assessment was done by comparing the register of building management with the housing information from the census (the 5th pretest for 2005 Census) in three different types of areas. Our results suggest that considerable housing information register of building management can be applied to housing census, especially in the case of newly-built apartments. Yet our findings also indicate that it is necessary to introduce various policies and systems, e.g., new address system, in such a way to improve data quality and applicability of housing register.
