Abstract

The statistical writing system is rapidly changing from the survey base to the administrative base. The statistics creation agency that prepares national statistics is trying to write statistics by using its own administrative data managed from the inside, but there is a limit to writing statistics using only administrative data managed by a single institution. The linkage of administrative data should be disclosed enough information in utilizing administrative data produced by other institutions, but it is still a reality that information on administrative data is insufficient. This study aims to identify the information of administrative data by sector(results of business) in order to increase the utilization of administrative data in the preparation of national statistics. In addition, administrative data related to the survey items of each statistics that are actually being written are presented. This study is to help statistical producers understand administrative data and provide guidelines for alternative methods of administrative data survey items.
