육군 향토사단 軍 장병 인성수준 진단을 통한 교육프로그램 개선방안

본 연구는 육군 향토사단 군 장병의 인성 수준진단을 통해 교육프로그램 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 육군의 00향토사단을 대상으로 입대병사, 훈련병,이등병 및 자대병사 등 병사 410명을 대상으로 하였다. 조사도구는 군 인성수준을 측정하는 개인, 대인관계, 공동체의 하위변수 73개 문항으로 구성된 설문지를 활용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 빈도분석, 기술통계 분석, 집단간차이분석(ANOVA) 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 군 인성수준 진단 결과 공동체 영역이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음은 대인관계 영역, 개인영역 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단 간 차이는 영역별로는 세부적으로 차이가 있었으나 전반적으로 이등병과 입대병사 집단이 훈련병과 자대병사 집단에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 것이 확인되었다. 셋째, 군 인성수준 진단 결과를 중심으로 사사분면 모델을 활용한 분석을 수행한 결과, 끈기, 불굴성, 애국심 하위요소의 경우 군 인성 수준이 영역전체 평균 미만으로 나타나 교육프로그램에 보다 충분히 반영될 필요성이 있다고 분석 되었다. 이를 토대로 신병교육간 인성함양 교육, 전입병 비전 설계 교육, 자대 복무 간 인성교육 프로그램 개선방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present a plan to improve the education program through the diagnosis of the personality level of military soldiers of the Army Local Division. The subjects of the survey were 410 warriors, including enlisted soldiers, training soldiers, private soldiers, and self-service personnel, targeting the 00 local division of the Army. As a survey tool, a questionnaire consisting of 73 questions of individuals, interpersonal relationships, and communities that measure the level of military personality was used. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, and intergroup difference analysis (ANOVA) were conducted for data analysis. The findings are as follows. First, as a result of the military personality level diagnosis, the community area was the highest, followed by the interpersonal area and the individual area. Second, the difference between groups differed in detail by area, but overall, it was confirmed that the private and enlisted groups were relatively lower than the training and self-service groups. Third, as a result of performing an analysis using a quadrant model based on the results of the military personality level diagnosis, it was analyzed that the level of military personality was below the average of the entire area in the case of persistence, indomitability, and patriotism. Based on this, a plan to improve personality education was proposed between boot camp education, transfer soldier vision design education, and personality education programs between self-service service.
